Eureka Punch

Servings: 1 Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Amber Rum
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Green Chartreuse
  • 1 oz. Honey Syrup
  • 2-3 oz. Ginger Beer
  • 4 dashes Dr. I.J. Douglass's Oaxacan Mole Bitters

Garnish

  • 1 Lemon Wedge

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a shaker.
  • Shake with ice.
  • Strain into an old fashioned glass
  • Top with ginger beer.
  • Garnish with a lemon wedge.
  • May be served over ice in a Collins glass if preferred.
